Meet Lily

Founder, Lily Wilson, was born and raised in Paris, France in 1956. Currently living in Marfa, Texas with her husband Gregg and creating glass art, she is able to share work that is informed and infused with a wholistic approach to living.

At the age of 20, Lily’s life was threatened by a car accident that sent her on a path of spiritual inquiry and alternative healing that continues to this day.

Following her physical recovery Lily traveled to India where she was introduced to the teachings of Osho. His work there was an experiment to create the conditions for one who is free of all outdated ideologies and doctrines of the past and whose vision encompasses both the spiritual wisdom of the East and the scientific understandings of the West. The community of people engaged in spiritual discovery is still an important element of Lily’s mission. Chocolate Daisy is one more way to stay connected.

Lily also studied Aura-Soma light therapy pioneered by Vicky Wall. Aura-Soma is an innovative approach to soul therapy that relies on bottles of dual-colored liquids that incorporate plant extracts, essential oils, and the energies and extracts of precious and semiprecious stones. The energetic properties found in the liquids interact with the individual’s aura to help support equilibrium in the body, mind, and spirit. You can see the application of Aura-Soma in the color choices used in Chocolate Daisy’s jewelry designs.

As Lily Wilson’s life and practice have become more integrated the products of her making reflect the wholeness of her experiences.
